It is proposed an implementation and development of this project that takes into account the intrinsic characteristics of this site – in first stage provides a platform for the construction of this equipment into an intermediate dimension between the beach and street; the new framework that is conferred with the arrangement of the Promenade of Leça da Palmeira, through the magnificent exhibition visual field of the whole beach.

The option was to shape the space where the building is situated, de-materialized in relation to street, reduced to the simplest element – a wall, from which are being made by stairs and ramps at opposite ends , access to the equipment. This result in engaging and partially concealed in the side facing the beach, sitting on the platform that supports it, opened to the landscape.
The implementation took advantage of the current configuration of the land, shaping the access ramps in the pre-existing, however, proposing at the top of the existing landfill, a change in vegetation, in continuity with the proposed arrangement of the Promenade part of running and hiding proposed construction.

The program translates the intention recommended. At the burial of the building located all the support and those that relate to the part of the beach or support those who are most directly related to food and beverage establishments. The built area that stands out from the wall is composed of a service area, a dining room and a terrace space.
