Taking into account the above mentioned framework, it is proposed a deployment and development of this project that fits the intrinsic characteristics of this place – located between the marginal avenue to an upper bound and the narrowest access walk, next to the beach; limited to the south by the forecast of the car park foreseen in the plan and to the north by an existing water line and by the magnificent exposure to the west on the beach.

The option was to mould the construction to the space where it is inserted, de-materializing itself in its relationship with the automobile avenue to the source – being born of this quota down, moulding itself to the topography and above all, establishing a balanced relation between these several realities. It is partially disguised in the surroundings and, in the part facing the beach, resting on the platform that supports it, open to the landscape and on a platform slightly above the quota of circulation of automobiles.

The deployment takes advantage of the current configuration of the terrain, shaping the accesses from the two platforms that limit it – the nascent from the walk that accompanies the design of the Marginal Avenue, the west through the existing path.

The program reflects the intended intention resulting in a functional distribution that accompanies the framework. Thus the south and west orientations are privileged for the location of the indoor living spaces and terrace and the accesses from the parking to the location of the beach supports.
